big is a growth platform for creators and businesses. It answers Instagram comments and DMs automatically, runs branching forms, and shares trackable short links. Every lead it captures lands in a contact list the creator owns.

## Status

Anyone can sign up for big today: sign in with Google at https://itsjustbig.com/login and you get a free workspace on the teeny plan, at $0. Connecting an Instagram account to big is waiting on Meta's App Review, so a new workspace cannot run an Instagram DM automation yet.

## Pricing

Prices are in USD. Every plan includes the core tools — auto-replies, forms, links and contacts. Plans differ in volume, and the one add-on (CLI and MCP access) is listed per plan.

- **teeny** — free. 1 Instagram connection, 10 active automations, 100 automation steps per week, 250 MiB file storage. No CLI or MCP access.
- **tiny** — $10/month (or $82.80/year). 2 Instagram connections, unlimited active automations, 1,000 automation steps per week, 5 GiB file storage. CLI and MCP access included.
- **big** — $30/month (or $241.20/year). 3 Instagram connections, unlimited active automations, 10,000 automation steps per week, 25 GiB file storage. CLI and MCP access included.

## How it works

- A follower comments on a post or sends a DM containing a keyword the creator chose.
- big replies publicly and sends that person a DM with the creator's link.
- The person becomes a contact the creator owns: name, conversation, source post, tags.
- Comments that do not match a keyword are left alone. No keyword means no reply, no DM, and no spam.

## Services and Enterprise

Beyond the self-serve plans, the big team offers Services: a fixed-fee audit of how a business captures and follows up with leads, then fixed-price build phases and an optional monthly retainer. big Enterprise is a private deployment of big hosted for one company with its own database. ## Compliance and safety

- big sends every reply and DM through the official Instagram API from Meta.
- big never asks for an Instagram password and never operates a bot that pretends to be the creator.
- There is no scraping and no browser automation.

## Ownership

Contacts captured through big belong to the creator, not to big. Followers belong to the platform; the contact list does not.
