Get started with big

big lets you collect responses and track clicks without connecting anything. Sign up, create a form or a link, share it, and watch the results come in.

What you can do right now

• Forms — build a public form, share its link, and collect structured responses in a table inside big.
• Links — create a short, trackable redirect and see clicks, referrers, and device breakdowns for it.

Neither one requires connecting an Instagram account. Automations (below) are the only feature that does.

Create your first form

1. Sign up and open Forms in big.
2. Give it a title and add a few fields.
3. Set its status to active — only active forms accept submissions.
4. Share the public link (/f/:slug) anywhere.

Create your first link

1. Open Manage → Links.
2. Paste the URL you want to redirect to.
3. Optionally pick a custom alias instead of a random code.
4. Share the short link (/l/:code).

See your results

Both features show results live in the dashboard — no export needed to get started:

• Form submissions land in the responses table.
• Link clicks show up in link stats, broken down by period, referrer, and device.

Instagram automations (optional, limited preview)

Automations can auto-reply to Instagram DMs and comments, but they're a separate feature from forms and links — you don't need them to use anything above. Automations require connecting an Instagram account and are currently in limited preview while Meta's app review is pending. Ask your account rep about early access if you're interested.
