Files is your workspace's media store. Upload an image or file once, and it's available to send in automations and inbox replies. Open it from Files in the sidebar.

Upload and manage

• Editors and above can upload and delete files.
• Viewers see the list read-only.

Each file shows its name, type, and size. Deleting a file frees up the storage it used.

Storage allowance

Every plan includes a storage allowance, and your uploads count against it:

• teeny — 250 MiB
• tiny — 5 GiB
• big — 25 GiB
• bigger — 100 GiB

When you're out of space, new uploads are blocked until you delete something or upgrade. See Plans for the full comparison.

Using a file in a message

If you use big's Instagram DM features, uploaded files can be attached to the messages big sends: add one as media on a send-DM automation action. Attaching a file to a reply you type by hand is not available — manual replying is coming soon, so big inbox send --media <assetId> is refused too.
