How to remove your data from big.
Instagram: automatic deletion
Revoking big. from Instagram’s Apps and Websites panel automatically triggers deletion of your connection and all associated DM history on our side. You will receive a confirmation code from Meta you can use to check status on this page.
Instagram: manual request
You can also email us to request deletion. Send a message to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the Instagram username connected to your account. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted for Instagram
- Your stored access token.
- Your connection record and rules.
- All inbound DMs and outbound auto-replies on the connection.
- Contact records for fans who messaged the connected account.
To disconnect Google, open Connect → Integrations in big. and disconnect Google. That stops its updates, revokes our access at Google, and deletes everything we imported through that connection. Removing a single file from a client deletes our copy of that file. Linked Drive folders are separate: see “Google Drive folder sync” below.
You can also remove big. from your Google Account’s third-party connections. That stops our access straight away; disconnecting in big. (or deleting your account) then deletes what we already imported.
What gets deleted for Google:
- Our access to your Google account, revoked at Google.
- The text and our stored copy of each Drive file you picked.
- The calendar events we matched to your clients.
- Meet call transcripts we stored.
Google Drive folder sync
To delete what big synced from a Google Drive folder, unlink the folder at Connect, Integrations, Google Drive; big deletes those documents right away. Unsharing the folder from big in Drive also deletes them, within about a day, and deleting your account deletes everything.
Unlinking does not remove big from the folder’s sharing list. To fully stop access, also remove big’s address from the folder in Drive, because big cannot unshare itself.
Delete your whole account
You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Account. It cancels billing, then permanently removes every connection (Instagram and Google included), contact, message, automation, form and file, immediately. Signing in with Google again later creates a new, empty account.
