Automatic deletion

Revoking big. from Instagram’s Apps and Websites panel automatically triggers deletion of your connection and all associated DM history on our side. You will receive a confirmation code from Meta you can use to check status on this page.

Manual request

You can also email us to request deletion. Send a message to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the Instagram username connected to your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your stored access token.
• Your connection record and rules.
• All inbound DMs and outbound auto-replies on the connection.
• Contact records for fans who messaged the connected account.
