The service

big. is operated by D.C. Collectibles LLC, doing business as “big.” (“we”, “us”). big. helps Instagram creators auto-reply to direct messages using rules you author. We send messages on your behalf via Instagram’s official Graph API; we never store your Instagram password.

Acceptable use

You must comply with Instagram’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. You will not use big. to send spam, harass anyone, or impersonate a person you are not authorized to act for. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your account

You are responsible for what your account sends. Auto-replies are composed from rules you wrote; review them periodically. Keep your login credentials private.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but Instagram’s API can change or fail without notice and we make no uptime guarantee.
