Terms of service

The service

big. is operated by D.C. Collectibles LLC, doing business as “big.” (“we”, “us”). big. helps Instagram creators auto-reply to direct messages using rules you author. We send messages on your behalf via Instagram’s official Graph API; we never store your Instagram password.

Acceptable use

You must comply with Instagram’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. You will not use big. to send spam, harass anyone, or impersonate a person you are not authorized to act for.

You are responsible for the content you upload, store, or send through big., and it must be lawful and yours to use. You will not upload or transmit content that is illegal or that you do not have the rights to share. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited; where we become aware of it we will remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your account

You are responsible for what your account sends. Auto-replies are composed from rules you wrote; review them periodically. Keep your login credentials private.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

big. has a free plan you can use indefinitely. Paid plans are listed with their prices on our pricing page, and the checkout screen shows the authoritative price for the plan and billing period you choose. Payments are handled by Stripe; prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually, and they renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then shown for your plan, until you cancel. Your next renewal date is shown under Settings → Billing. We will tell you before any price change affects you.

You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing via Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep the plan you paid for until the end of that period, after which the workspace moves to the free plan. If a renewal payment fails and stays unpaid, the workspace moves to the free plan as well. Your data is kept either way — deleting the account is separate, and covered at /data-deletion.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but Instagram’s API can change or fail without notice and we make no uptime guarantee.
