What we act on

Every page on big. has to follow our terms. Report a page if you see:

• Pretending to be someone else
• Spam, a scam, or a fake shop
• Harassment, threats, or hate
• Adult content, unmarked
• Content involving a minor
• Illegal content, or content that is mine

Anything else that breaks the terms is worth reporting too.

We remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Content that sexualises a minor is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.

How to report

Email us at [email protected]. Tell us the page’s address, what is wrong with it, and anything that helps us see it the way you did. You do not need a big. account.

Any big. page can also be reported from the Report link in its footer, which fills in most of this for you.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

If the page is yours

To take down a page you made, unpublish or delete it from your big. dashboard. To remove your account and its data, see data deletion.
